Rain is in the forecast to start the new work week.  A thunderstorm could also occur here and there across the area.  Highs today will top out in the mid 60s.  Rain showers will linger across the region tonight.  Higher elevations could see a brief changeover to snow as temperatures drop into the 30s tonight.  Accumulations would remain at the higher elevations and mainly be on the grass, with less than one inch expected.  Lingering rain showers are possible on Tuesday with highs only in the mid 50s.  Dry weather returns for Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the mid 60s.  Another round of rain is possible Friday with highs near 60.  Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday looks dry with spotty showers possible on Sunday.  Highs will top out near 60.
